02. Find a direction
Try a visual idea, develop a reference, and decide what is worth taking forward. Tools for this step: Design Generator, Photo to Anything. Photo to Anything transforms an image into a sketch, a render or a redesigned room.
03. Build the 3D form
Choose the modelling route that fits the work: a concept, adjustable parameters or architectural drawings. Tools for this step: Parametric Highrise, 3D Model Generator. 3D Model Generator turns words, elevation drawings or a furniture photo into a model.
04. Resolve the plan
Move between a building’s volume and its floor by floor organization. Tools for this step: Floor Plans. Develop and review layouts alongside the building concept.
05. Shape the experience
Explore interior atmosphere and bring color, finishes and material choices into view. Tools for this step: Realtime Studio, Material Studio. Material Studio helps specify colors and materials; approve physical samples before ordering.
06. Review and refine
Keep the architect in the loop as you compare options, ask questions and prepare the next handoff. Tools for this step: Softy the Secretary, Softy the Agent, Softy the Builder. Previews and assistance support your process; the architect remains responsible for review.

Softy the Builder is a chat panel inside four design programs. Describe a building or attach an image, and it models it in your open document step by step, as real geometry you can keep editing. Will AI take the design decisions away from me?
No, and that is the point. Every tool hands you options and you choose what moves forward: pick one of four designs, shape a tower with sliders, set the rooms on a plan. SoftArch takes over the repetitive drawing so your time goes into the decisions only an architect can make.
I only have 2D drawings. Can I still get a 3D model?
Yes. The 3D Model Generator turns elevation drawings into a building model, and it also works from a written description or a furniture photo. Floor Plans stacks your floors into one 3D building as you go.
Can I start from a photo of a building?
Yes. Parametric Highrise reads a reference photo and builds an editable tower you keep shaping with sliders or plain language. Photo to Anything turns any photo into a sketch or a render, and Design Generator uses photos of your land as references.
Will my results look like the images on this page?
The images here illustrate the workflow. Your results come from your own site, brief and drawings, so the best test is a real project: every new account gets free credits to try SoftArch on one.
Can the models go into my Revit or Rhino workflow?
Yes. Export to OBJ, STL, GLTF or IFC for Revit, or let Softy the Builder create the model directly inside Revit, Rhino, SketchUp or Blender. Your team then develops it to construction detail with the same review you give any design.
Do I have to pay before I can try anything?
No. New accounts get 20 free credits for a first result in Design Generator and Floor Plans, plus Site Analysis, Realtime Studio, Photo to Anything and Softy the Secretary. When you are ready for every tool and downloads, a paid plan opens the full studio.
