Start from a sentence, a sketch, a photo or an existing floor plan. Tell SoftArch about the site, the programme and the style you have in mind, in plain words. Generate and refine. Each tool returns something you can work with: a render, a set of floor plans, a parametric tower or a site report. Adjust floors, dimensions, materials and layout with the controls, or ask again, until it matches your intent. Export and present. Download PDF sheets, DXF drawings and 3D files such as GLB and OBJ, then carry on in the software your studio already uses or share client-ready reports straight from the browser.

Do I need Revit, Rhino or Grasshopper?
No. Every tool runs in the browser with nothing to install and no scripting. When you want to continue in your usual software, export DXF drawings, PDF sheets or 3D models and open them there.
Who is SoftArch for?
Architects, architecture students and designers who want to test ideas quickly: early massing, layout options, presentation renders, site studies and client conversations. Students get a dedicated plan that includes all the core design and render tools.
Can I try it for free?
Yes. New accounts start with 20 free credits to use in Realtime Studio, Parametric Highrise (manual modelling), Softy the Secretary, Photo to Anything and Site Analysis. Other tools, Softy Agent and downloads need a plan. The credit cost of every action is published under Legal, Credit Costs.
Does SoftArch check building codes?
SoftArch reviews designs against common building rules, and Softy answers questions about codes, zoning and materials. Treat the results as guidance: drawings should always be reviewed by a qualified licensed professional before permit submission or construction.
Who owns the designs I create?
You do. Under our Terms of Service you own the outputs you generate, subject to the Terms and payment of any applicable fees. AI outputs can resemble those generated for other users, so review them before relying on them commercially.
